Intake Information

To do an intake with C&D Probation all you need to do is go to our monthly calendar page and determine which date and time works best for you to report.  There are hours listed that we are open.  You may report anytime during those hours.  Your intake will take approximately 15 to 20 minutes.

Four Locations

We have several locations that you can report to.  Please note the times we are in each office as well.  If the date and time is not listed on the monthly calendar then we will not be there.

You must report during the month you are sentenced or you will be violated!  NO EXCUSES! If you can't report, then jail may be better for you.

To help with your intake please do the following

• 1. Download the Probation Intake Packet below, fill it out and bring it
  with you.

• 2. Bring any Court papers you have.
• 3. Bring your $50.00 intake fee.  Remember…We offer a
  service and payment is due at the time of service.  No
  payment = No service.  If you don’t appear then your probation
  will be violated.

NO CHILDREN OR PERSONS 17 & UNDER ALLOWED IN THE PROBATION OFFICE.  NO FAMILY MEMBERS, GIRLFRIENDS OR OTHER PERSONS ALLOWED. PROBATION CLIENTS ONLY!  DO NOT BRING OTHERS TO YOUR MONTHLY MEETING.
