Monthly Reporting Calendar

This calendar contains the days and times we will be in our different offices to do probation visits. Please come in on one of the days listed at the location listed between the hours listed.

Attendance Policy: C&D charges a $40 reporting fee the last few days of the month and $50 the last day of the month. These are noted on the calendar and on the phone message.

Please Remember

1. You must appear once each month.
2. You may appear at any location during the hours listed.
3. Bring your monthly fee. No Payment = A violation of your probation. An Order to Show Cause will be filed against you for failure to pay your probation fees and you will be sent back before the Court.

NO CHILDREN OR PERSONS 17 & UNDER ALLOWED IN THE PROBATION OFFICE. NO FAMILY MEMBERS, GIRLFRIENDS OR OTHER PERSONS ALLOWED. PROBATION CLIENTS ONLY! DO NOT BRING OTHERS TO YOUR MONTHLY MEETING.

The Graduated fee schedule is as follows: you will pay $30 early in the month, $35 mid month, $40 the last few days of the month and the last day of the month is $50.
